Arlene Louise Kaszubowski Coleman of Toledo passed away on Friday morning June 21, 2019 at St. Anne’s Hospital, Toledo, Ohio after a lengthy illness. She was born November 16, 1947 in Alpena, Michigan and raised in Lenawee and Monroe County, Michigan. On December 27, 1966 she married Robert Earl (Bob) Coleman at Deerfield Free Methodist Church.
Arlene lived an active life she enjoyed baking specialty cakes, bowling and playing bingo. She is remembered for her quick wit, humor and most of all her bullheadedness.
Surviving are Bob and Arlene’s son Robert Earl Coleman Jr., his wife Kathy and their twins Joshua Coleman and Mrs. Brandon (Kierstyn) Boring; daughter Jane Coleman; ex-husband Bob and grandchildren, Nadine Coleman, Nathaniel Miranda, Destini Coleman; great grandchildren, Zavyer, Jaidyn and Theo. (Baby Coleman due in September). Sisters Mary Ann Kaszubowski of Carleton, Michagan, and Mrs. Keith (Patricia) Thomas of Columbia Tennessee along with several nieces and nephews and dear friend Ruth of Toledo, Ohio.
Arlene was preceded in death by her parents, sister Jeanette Jewell in 1997 and partner Daniel (Dan) Rodgers Sr. in 2006.
Private services were held in Toledo.
