IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Alice Fay
(Arwood) Hagan
December 11, 1954 – July 11, 2024
Alice Fay Hagan, born on December, 11th 1954 went to be with her son, Mark Allen Hagan on Thursday, July 11th, 2024. Her heart was broken after losing her one and only son, "Sunshine", about 2 years ago. We knew it wouldn't be long before she joined him. We believe she had an aggressive throat cancer that took her life at the throat specialist appointment. We believe she did not suffer long and is right where she wanted to be, in Heaven with Mark.
She was survived by a few siblings she lost touch with and Ex-Husband and father of her son, Thomas Hagan. Tom Hagan always told her he remembered her in a green dress the night he met her.
She spent her last 3 years at Arbors of Sylvania Nursing Home with her roommate and very best friend Julia. We called them, "Thelma and Louise" because they where quite the team. She would look at his pictures and videos every week of Mark when visited by Rich and Wendy Barnes. Rich and Wendy Barnes (Mark Hagan's) Best Friends of over 20 years, became like family over her last few years. Their children where the grandchildren she never had; Anastasia, Anabella and Richie Barnes. Alice always said that their son Richie looked like Mark when he was younger and loved to see him visit. She would trip out and stare at him as if she was looking at a younger version of Mark. She would love the extra hugs, visits, phone calls and goodies from the Barnes Family. When they brought Mark's Harley Davidson as a surprise a few weeks ago and told her, she guessed the surprise correctly. She said she had a "feeling" about it being there.
Alice will be missed by family and friends and will meet again on the other side.
Memorial visitiation will be held at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Sunday August 4th after 10 AM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11 AM.
