April Dawn (Phillips) Robertson of Toledo, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Sunday May 12,2019 at the age of 54. She was born June 29,1964 in Toledo, OH to Bettie and Joe Phillips Sr. of Lenoir North Carolina.  April went to Whiteford High School in Ottawa Lake Michigan and then moved to Lenoir, NC. Where she married Denny Robertson and had two sons Rusty and Dusty. She loved the outdoors hunting and fishing. She loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren whom she adored.

April was preceded in death by her mother; Bettie Lue Patterson, step father; John "Jack" Patterson, and husband; Denny Robertson.

To cherish her memory, April leaves behind her father Joe (Linda) Phillips Sr. sons; Rusty (Sara) Robertson of Lenoir, NC and Dusty (Tanya) Robertson of Ottawa Lake, MI, sisters; Debbie (Claude) Hicks of Lenoir NC, Teresa (Doug) Pilkenton of Lenoir NC, brothers; Joe Jr. (Annette) Phillips of Lambertville MI, Eric (Deana) Phillips of Toledo OH, John (Cheryl) Patterson of Swanton OH, Sam (Amy) Patterson of Toledo OH and Tommy (Holly) Phillips of East Point, MI; 5 grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts, prayers and well wishes during this difficult time.
