Barbara Ann “Wilson” Moore born in Toledo May 1st 1937 to Harold and Josephine Wilson departed this life September 19th 2026.

in her younger days, she worked as a waitress and at Head Start alongside her dear friend Fawn Pettigrew.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents Harold and Josephine Wilson, Arnold K Moore her daughter Deborah Vasquez; her son Glenn Moore, Sr.; and granddaughter Ashley Simmons.

She was a loving mother to her six children and leaves behind 4 generations of her legacy Children: Pamela (Wilson) Crampton, Rhonda Embry, Brian Moore and Lisa Moore along with 18 grandchildren 50 great grandchildren and 19 great great grandchildren. Barb also leaves behind her best friend Julie Dread.

Barb was also known as” the mayor of Bush St.” for over 20 + years where she was like a mother and grandmother to the whole neighborhood.

Her family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainesville Rd. Friday after 10 AM followed by Funeral services at 12 noon with Interment at historic Woodlawn cemetery. Memorial tributes may be made to her family at the funeral home or via this website to help offset expenses.
