Ms. Betty Ann Woods was born to the union of the late Leodis and Annie Mae Patton in Tupelo, Mississippi on February 7, 1952. Betty was educated in the Lee County public school system and after relocating to Toledo, Ohio she was employed with St. Vincent's Hospital for 13 years. At an early age Betty confessed Christ as her Lord and Savior at Camp Creek M.B.C. (Tupelo, MS) and rededicated her life in later years; becoming  a  faithful member of the New Hope Missionary Baptist Church until her health declined.

Betty quietly entered into her eternal rest on Friday, December 7, 2018 at the Darlington House Nursing Home in Toledo, Ohio. She was preceded in death by 3 sisters Katherine, Earlene, and Pauline and 2 brothers Grover and Odell.

Betty leaves to cherish her memory, her sons Larry Miller Jr. of Tupelo, Mississippi and Kenny Miller of Toledo, Ohio. 3 grandchildren, sister Virginia Patton and brother Jimmy (Jestine) Patton. As well as a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Betty's family will receive friends after 11 AM in The New Hope Missionary Baptist Church 833 Nesslewood Ave. Toledo, OH 43610 followed by funeral services at 12 Noon with interment to follow at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
