Catherine Michelle Retzlaff passed away Monday January 3, 2022 in Hospice of Northwest – Toledo at the age of 59. Cathy was born December 3, 1962 in Toledo to Thomas and Carol (Moran) St. John and graduated from Deerfield High School in Deerfield, MI in 1981. She had various different jobs over the years but being a homemaker was her calling.

Cathy loved to fish, be out on the pontoon boat or just being at the marina with family and friends. She loved to entertain her friends by hosting parties. Cathy's greatest joy was her family whom she cherished.

She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas St. John and Carol Knoblauch; sister Ruthy St. John; brother Thomas St. John and grandson Colton Johnson. Cathy is survived by her loving husband Timothy Retzlaff; sisters Denise Raddatz and Rebecca St. John; children Angela (Travis Johnson) St. John, Rebecca (Justin Prince) Fountain, Jeffrey (Melanie Keeler) Griffin, Ryan Retzlaff, Tim (Jillian) Retzlaff and Kelsey (Courtney) Retzlaff; grandchildren Arianna Anderson, Alex Pauly, Wyatt & Connor Balser, and Aubree Retzlaff.
