Rusty Sloan, Clinton R. Sloan Jr. age 59 of Toledo, Ohio passed away on February 25, 2024 with family by his side. Clinton was born December 30, 1964 to Clinton and Emma. Clinton is survived by his wife Elisa Espinosa-Sloan, children Clinton Sloan III (Nannie Fowler), Tonya Mulvey (Chris), Catherine Sloan (Ronald Johnson), Thomas Sloan (Liz), Mark Sloan (Kara), 16 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; sister Diana Ross, brothers-in-law Steve Lance, Chuck Lance, mothers-in-law Jannette Smith(William), Ginger Espinosa and a multitude of nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by father Clinton R. Sloan Sr., mother Emma Jean, sisters Connie Sue, Lois Jean "Leroy", Mary Ann and father-in-law Louie Espinosa Sr.

He will be remembered for his love of family, fishing, hunting, food, and being a lifelong Cleveland Browns fan. A Celebration of Life will take place on March 10, 2024 from 1:00pm-4:00pm at the North Toledo Arrow Club located at 740 Galena St. Toledo, OH 43611. Donations in Honor of Rusty can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Northwest Ohio.
