David Allen Loy, age 65, of Toledo Ohio passed away suddenly on December 9, 2022.  He was born on March 16, 1957 to the late Ross and Anna Mae Loy.

David went to Fearless High School.  After high school, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was an expert (pistol) and marksman (rifle).  He worked for the railroad until retirement.

David enjoyed fishing, working in his yard, camping and helping others.  He always did things himself.  He was a helper but never asked for help.  His dogs Jack and Charlie were his kids.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 31 years, Deborah, step sons: Aaron (Mandy) Jacob, Brian (Ann) Freeman, Corey Freeman, grandchildren: Kayla, Brooke, Marc, Brett, Lee Ann, Teddi, and Simone, Siblings: Edward (Becky) Loy, Peggy Lutes, Patti, Shirley (Mike) Cooke, brother in laws: Chris (Christine) Scott and Pete Scott.  He was preceded in death by his parents Ross and Anna Mae Loy and brother, Tom. His family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.
