Donnie "Ducky" Davenport passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025 surrounded by his family at the age of 67. He was born July 21, 1958 in Toledo to Mac and Carrie (Bowlin) Davenport.

Ducky worked for Toledo Public Schools in their warehouse. He loved maintaining his property, the garden he tended to and his beautiful yard which earned him an award from the city. Ducky would also can much of his fruits and vegetables from his garden. He was also a woodworker and would carve benches, bears and ducks.

He also enjoyed day trips to Shipshewana and Gibraltar Trade center and of course going to the Zoo.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter Joanie Smith and brother Jackie Davenport. Ducky is survived by his loving wife Sharon; daughter Kellie (Rob) Lentz; special grandson John Davenport Milligan; five grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; two sisters and 3 brothers.

As per Donnie's wishes there will be no services. His family would like to thank his nurses and nurse's aids for their great help and support as well as two great women Sandy and Marcie who helped me through this time with Donnie..
