Edward Lee Howard, Jr. passed away July 7, 2019 in Toledo Hospital at the age of 51. He was born December 31, 1967 in Toledo to Edward L. & Iris J. Howard, Jr. and graduated from Libbey High School in 1985.

Cooking was his passion, he loved to cook for family and friends. He also worked as a cook at Gumbo's, Theo's and Key West restaurants in Toledo. Edward greatest love was his family especially his grandkids who brought him the most joy.

He is preceded in death by his father Edward Howard, Sr., brother Donell Howard and sister Elizabeth Gibbs. Edward is survived by his spouse Bettina Gibbs; mother Iris Jean Burns; daughters Michelle Gibbs, Melissa Gibbs, Regina Hawkins and Anna Hawkins; siblings Ondre Howard, Kenneth Howard, Connie Howard, Patrick Howard, Terryann Gibbs, Tracy Gibbs; ; grandkids Ja'von Hawkins, Aaliyah Hawkins, Nick Hawkins, Dante Witcher, Jr., Dominic Witcher, Diego Witcher and Rhylee Gibbs; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

His family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Monday July 15th  after 11 AM followed by a Funeral Service at 1 PM.
