Erick M. Walters passed away unexpectedly in his home on January 21, 2017 at the age of 29. He was born September 27, 1987 in Toledo to Christine (Kokot) and the late Russell Walters Jr.

Erick was a die-hard Ohio State Buckeye and Dallas Cowboy football fan and loved getting together with his friends watching football and having a few Budweiser's on the weekends. Erick was very sweet and big hearted always willing to give others the shirt off his back if needed. He had an amazing sense of humor always making his family and friends laugh hysterically.

Erick enjoyed spending time with his brothers whether fishing and hunting with Chad Walton or out on Jason Walters' boat with his family. Erick loved watching movies with Jessica till the sun came up.

After the birth of his sons, he became the best man he could be and truly loved spending time with his fiancé Jessica Lewis and his boys Erick, Jr. (Erick's mini me) and Ayden. He adored his boys always being the best father he could be.

Erick is survived by his fiancé Jessica Lewis, sons Erick Jr & Ayden; mother Christine Walters; brothers Chad Walton (Toni Czajka)  and Jason Walters; grandmother Diane Zunk and Aunt Valerie Zunk.

The family will be receiving friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Friday from 3 -8 PM where a Celebration of his Life will be on Saturday at 11 AM followed by interment at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
