Erika Bieman passed away Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family at the age of 71. She was born January 7, 1945 in Germany before moving to the United States. First locating in Whitesburg, KY, then Marion, Ohio eventually Toledo and finally Erie, MI.

She is survived by her husband Robert; daughters Angelina Marlene (Craig) Marietta, Patricia Lyons, Stephanie (Joe) Richardson and Renate (James) Hornsby; grandchildren Keith, Austin, Steven, Joey, Autumn, J.J. and Willy; great grandchildren Merissa, Derek, Patience May, Melody and Mason; siblings Helga, Kurt, Guenther, Helmut and Fritz all of Germany; and dearest friend Judith (Charles) Abbott.

Erika's family will be receiving friends Friday after 11 AM at the Castillo Funeral Home  1757 Tremainsville Rd. where funeral services will take place at 1 PM. The family would like to thank Promedica Hospice for their exceptional care.
