It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Jessica Nichole Jaso who passed away on April 12, 2025 in Cleveland Ohio. Born June 13th, 1988 in Toledo Ohio, Jessica Nichole Jaso was a bright and outgoing soul who embraced life with open arms and a loving heart.

She had a zest for life that was infectious. Known for her radiant personality, she loved everyone and made friends wherever she went. Music and dancing were passions that filled her days with joy, and her devotion to her children DeAndre, TerriAnna, De'Angelo and Elianna was immeasurable.  She also found great pleasure in playing Mexican bingo and took pride in always looking her best.

Jessica Nichole Jaso is lovingly survived by her children DeAndre, TerriAnna, DeAngelo and Elliana, her parents Patricia Deluna and Ben Covington; siblings Erica Jaso, Manuel Torres, Michael Jaso, Paula Jaso, Jackie Covington, Savanah Covington and Cheyenne Reed; grandmother Conception Jaso and grandfather Carlos Fragoso; father of her children William Hood; her special friend DeLorean Louis and stepdaughters D'Lorien and Lo'Elle.

She also leaves behind a large and loving extended family of many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather Paul Jaso Jr, grandmother Linda McCluster, uncles Tyrone Liggins, Robert Dean Liggins, Will Covington, Eloise Covington, Angelo Reyes and aunt Ruthann Sanchez.

Jessica's family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Friday from 4 – 7 PM where a Celebration of Life Service will take place Saturday at 10 AM followed by internment at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
