IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Judith Ann
(Schellhase) Kasper
August 18, 1941 – January 29, 2025
It is with a heavy heart that the Family announce the passing of Judith A Kasper of Sylvania, Ohio on January 29 th , 2025, at the age of 83. If there is one word to describe Judy it would be LOVE. Judy truly knew that it was more blessed to give than to receive, her generosity knew no bounds and she will be sadly missed by many and will be fondly remembered for her loving spirit.
Judy was a graduate of Libby High School and then attended the University of Toledo, graduating Cum Laude. She began her journey at Champion Spark Plug ending her career as a Government Account Representative for Aviation Sales, where she paved the way for women in her industry to find the right balance of poise and grace in a male dominated industry setting the
standard for women in leadership. She then transitioned her career in 1989 to work as real estate agent for Cavalier Reality and then became one of the "originals" at REMAX Preferred where she worked for a total of 35 years in the real estate market making many life-long friends along the way.
Judy met the love of her life and beloved husband, Bob Wilson of 31 years in Toledo, Ohio at a business networking group. She was known for her strong will, sense of humor, unwavering determination and love and support for her family. Some of Judy's favorite past times include traveling to Northern Michigan, gardening, baking many varieties of Christmas cookies of which
she would share with so many. Judy also loved making her house a home and prided herself on creating holiday traditions that always made everyone welcome, ensuring each guest had a special menu item just for them.
She loved spending time with family and friends and her beloved kitties.
Judy was predeceased by her parents Anna and James Schellhase, brother George Mckara, sister Sharon Etzel and nephew Dave Etzel.
She is survived by her husband Bob Wilson, stepsons Mike Wilson and Scott Wilson, daughter in-law Judi Wilson, granddaughters Marley & Morgan Wilson, and great nephew David Etzel.
Her family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. on Saturday February 8 after 2 PM followed by memorial service at 4 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to the Paws and Whiskers Cat Shelter or plant a tree in her honor. Paws and Whisker: 32 Hillwyck Drive Toledo, Ohio 43615, . Pawsandwhiskers.org
