Katelyn Marie Eckert passed away unexpectedly from epilepsy at home on April 19, 2024 at the age of 18. She was born in Toledo on October 7, 2005 in Oregon, OH to Terry & April (Wheeler) Eckert and attended Start High School class of 2023.

Katelyn loved the outdoors where she'd go to parks to swing, bike ride and enjoy the flowers especially roses. She also loved playing games on her phone, watching anime cartoons and the sped-up music of anime by the duo Nightcore.

Katelyn is survived by her parents Terry and April Eckert; brothers Christopher and Aaron; grandmother Rita Wheeler and her feline friend Mischief.

Her family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date. Memorial tributes may be made to the family via this website to help offset expenses.
