The world lost a good one. Kyle T. Evans, 47, passed away due to heart complications late Monday night, January 12, 2025, in Toledo, Ohio.

A Life of Innovation and Connection

Born in 1979 in Kansas City, Missouri, to parents Scott Evans and Vanessa Alfami, Kyle spent his formative years in KC. In his late 20s, he moved to Toledo to be close to his siblings already residing there. A "computer wizard" of the late 90s, Kyle was a pioneer as one of the earliest computer programmers, always fueled by a passion for helping others. Outside of his technical brilliance, Kyle was happiest on the bowling lanes, surrounded by the laughter and company of his family.

Legacy and Family

Kyle was preceded in death by his father, Scott Evans, who was adamant about celebrating life by remembering good times and sharing funny stories. Kyle is survived by his significant other: Adrienne; daughters: Kara and Kylie; mother Vanessa Alfam; siblings Travis Evans, Vanessa Evans-Ferguson, and Angela Evans-Zuccarelli

Services & Memorials

A Private Celebration of Life event will be held on February 14, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM EST. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Toledo Humane Society in Kyle's honor.
