Leona Faye DePew passed away July 11, 2022 in her home after battling cancer for over 12 years. She was born September 17, 1960 in Toledo to Harold and Beverly (Armatage) Neal.

Leona was married to her husband Michael who passed in January of 2019 after 25 years of marriage. She enjoyed cooking and was known for her peanut butter fudge and homemade chicken noodle soup. Leona also loved going to the casino, crocheting and was a fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents; siblings Bonnie and Dwayne; and grandson Santiago, Jr..

Leona is survived by her daughters: Misty, Julie (Sant), Brandy (Josh) and Ashley (Ryan); grandkids: Aliciana, Luciano, Angelina, Cameron, Colten, Donovan, Dominic, Breanna, Brelynn, Jai, Neal and Mya; great grand kid Princeton;  brothers Michal and William.

Private services will be held at a later date. Memorial tributes may be made to the family via this website to help offset expenses.
