Maynard K. Fowler "Sam" passed on Wednesday November 17, 2021 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio at the age of 87.  He was born on June 4, 1934 and was preceded in death by his Mother, Father and four Brothers.

Sam served in the U.S. Army for 3 years during peacetime and retired from the Toledo Fire Department as a Firefighter. Sam loved Toledo where he was born and raised.  He enjoyed being home and working on his property where he lived all his life.  A private service was held shortly after Sam's passing.  Friends of Sam will always remember him and cherish the time knowing him.
