Nova Lee Dale
April 26, 2026 - September 12, 2026
Nova “Lion” Lee Dale, our precious 4-month-old daughter born April 26, 2026 in Toledo, Ohio gained her angel wings on September 12, 2026
At 4 months old Nova loved to talk to you in her own sweet baby gibberish. She loved to smile, coo and giggle, and stare at you with those beautiful blue eyes. Nova loved the outdoors and didn’t mind going into the swimming pool with Mom and Dad. Nova and her cousin Camila spent a lot of time with each other and loved to watch the cartoon “Plim Plim” together. Nova, like her namesake, came into this life as a bright warm flash of light, like a super Nova. Short but brilliant. The warmth of her light remains etched in our hearts forever.
She is deeply loved by her parents, Eric Dale and Grace O’Henry; her Maternal Grandparents Jorge and Lisa O’Henry; her Paternal Grandparents Kevin and Laura Dale; Maternal Great Grand Parents Tom and Sandra Sandlin; Aunts and Uncles Lindsay (Aaron) Koontz, Brooke O’Henry, Ava O’Henry (Pablo Rivera), and Jorge O’Henry. First cousins Kennedy and Eli Koontz, Camila “Monkey” Rivera and Mia Rivera. Also left to cherish Nova’s memory are numerous Great Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and a circle of devoted friends who are like family.
A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, September 24th at Christ the King Catholic Church, located at 4100 Harvest Lane, Toledo, Ohio. Visitation from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. at Christ the King followed immediately by the Memorial Mass and a luncheon at the church.
In lieu of flowers, in-kind donations to support the family are gratefully accepted.
Entrusted into the gentle care of Castillo Funeral Home.
