Patricia L. Simon, 89 years, of Toledo Ohio, passed away Tuesday June 22nd, 2021. Pat was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy, and attended Bowling Green State University, where she pursued her art interests and was a member of Delta Gamma Sorority. She was a lifelong member of the Toledo Catholic Church Community. Pat worked at Shaxted Linens while raising her five children, she then worked for the State of Ohio BWC. She was a lover of the sun and traveling and a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She was preceded in death by her parents Pauline (Banning) Auth and Norman Auth, and sister Sr. Virgena SND  (Marylyn Auth). She was married to Donald J Simon for over 55 years, before his death in 2007.

She is survived by children Martin Simon of Ft. Myer FL, Anne Simon of Toledo, Ellen Mulinix (Jim) of Wauseon, Julia Foy (Tim) of Pooler GA, Matthew Simon (Cindy) of Waterville, brothers and sisters Dr. Robert  Auth (Velma), Gerry  Auth (Nancy), Karen Boaden, Sharon  Thomas (Charlie), grandchildren Tegan and Morgan Bondy, Bailey and Alec Simon, Christopher Munson (Sarah), and 3 great grandchildren, Connor, Genevieve, and Grace.

Family will receive friends at St. Patrick of Heatherdowns Catholic Church 4201 Heatherdowns Blvd. July 6th after 10 AM followed by Memorial Funeral Mass at 11 AM. Memorial tributes may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Patricia's name.
