Raul Vasquez passed away unexpectedly on August 7, 2022. He was born January 31, 1958 in Toledo to Jose & Paula (Salas) Vasquez and attended Woodward High School.

Raul worked for various companies and was a jack of all trades. He was quite the handyman working cars, appliances and anything else helping all his family & friends whenever they needed him.

He enjoyed cooking and was known for his lasagna, specialty omelets and his sloppy Rau.

Raul loved to fish and watch old black & white westerns on TV. Everyone knew him as quite the jokester who gave nicknames to all his family & friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister Ceclia and brother–in-law Jose Medina. Raul is survived by his wife Margaret; children Jason Raul Rosales, Christina (Ernesto) Valdez, Mario (Olivia) Vasquez and Marissa Rosales; grandkids Gabriella, Alexia, Madiana, Martin Jr., Reyna, Mario Jr., especially his "Rabbit" and "Mamas"; great grandson Marciano; siblings Joe (Janet) Vasquez, Simon (Minnie) Vasquez, Alice (Gene) Garza, Antonia Herrera, Jesse (Vicky) Vasquez, Elena Gonzalez, James (Patty) Vasquez, Lupe (Rick) Garcia, Carol Medina and Angie Vasquez; as well numerous nieces and nephews.

Raul's family will receive friends Sunday from 2 – 8 PM where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 PM.
