IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Robert Anthony
Edwards
January 10, 1969 – April 26, 2025
Robert (Tony) A. Edwards Sr. of Oregon, Ohio passed away at home in Toledo, Ohio April 26th, 2025. Tony spent his early life in Oregon as a graduate of Clay High School as well as traveling various states acquiring larger than life stories and memories. As of late Tony had dedicated many years to the automotive industry employed with KUKA surrounded by many who became great friends.
Tony will be remembered for a multitude of reasons in life such as his deep enthusiasm and passion for sports, especially Boston Red Sox baseball, Denver Broncos football and all sorts of music. His infatuation for music was admirable and undeniably authentic which shined through playing his guitar since he was a child, performing his composed music on and off a stage, and his knowledge of Rock & Roll.
He loved to learn, teach and share his developed talents and knowledge with anyone who needed or appreciated it.
Tony's love for helping anyone he could will live on through keeping his sense of humor alive and laughing at the endless memories he created through his journey with friends and family.
Mr. Edwards is survived by his beloved children Robert Edwards Jr. and Taylor Edwards (Kevin Phillips Jr.), mother of his children Carol Malloy-Edwards (Tommy Reinhart) and various cousins that were like siblings, aunts, and uncles. Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his parents Sharon Edwards and Robert Edwards, his stepson Edward Malloy, his fiancée Carol Voss and many dear friends and family.

Dad is as free as a bird now and watching every Red Sox game from the best view of Fenway Park. Keep rocking on as he would have wished everyone to do.
"When you lay me in the cold hard clay
Won't ya sing them hymns while the banjo plays
You can tell them ladies that they ought not frown
'Cause there ain't been nothing ever held me down
Lawmen, women or a shallow grave
Same ol' blues just a different day" -Tyler Childers
