Ronald Shaver Boyce Sr. died unexpectedly Friday, June 7th 2019 in Kingston Care Center of Sylvania at the age of 70. He was born July 20 1948 in Fairmont, West Virginia. to Roscoe Boyce and Thelma Louise Tucker. Ron served in the United States Marine Corp from 1965-1968. In 1970, he married Evelyn Stith and they would've celebrated 49 years of marriage in August. Ron was a loyal member of the Sylvania Moose Lodge 1579. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers Larry Boyce, Richard Boyce and his grandparents. Ron is survived by his wife Evelyn (Stith) Boyce are his sons Ronald Boyce, Jr. and Brian (Erin) Boyce; grandchildren, Lainey Boyce, Ella Boyce and Mykal Boyce; and sisters Sue Milburn, Pat Harris and Darlene (Dave) Musgrove.

Ron loved his friends and family. His world revolved around them and we are all at a loss. We know he didn't want us to grieve over him and instead have a party to celebrate his life. Per Ron's request there will be no services. The party will be held at 4 pm, Friday June 14th at the Sylvania Moose Lodge 1579 6072 Main St. Sylvania, OH.
