Rose Ann Shue (née Jacobs), age 80, of Sylvania, Ohio, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2026. Born on December 30, 1945, in Toledo, Ohio, Rose Ann lived a full and vibrant life rooted in family, strength, and humor. She was a woman who faced life with resilience and a spirit that could light up any room. Rose Ann is survived by her loving husband, Danny; her children, Marcy, James, Michael, Jeffery (Trisha), and Melanie; her 15 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy. She is also survived by her brother, Ed (Irene), her sister, Patricia, her beloved best friend, Paul, as well as two nieces and one nephew. She was known for her incredible strength, quick wit, and unapologetic honesty—she always told it like it was. Rose Ann had a deep love for life's simple pleasures, especially the thrill of playing slot machines, which brought her great enjoyment over the years. More than anything, Rose Ann will be remembered for her humor, her resilience, and the love she had for her family. Her presence was unforgettable, and her legacy will live on in the laughter and memories she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed and forever loved. Services were private.
