Shirley Diane Zeiler (née Kuydendall), aged 61, passed away on August 20, 2024, in Toledo, Ohio. Born on July 23, 1963, in Eaton Rapids, Michigan, she grew up to be a beacon of kindness and generosity, touching the lives of everyone around her. Shirley graduated from Morenci High School before earning a master's degree in English from Adrian College. She built a fulfilling career as a Retail Manager, where she was respected by her colleagues for her leadership and warmth. Family was the cornerstone of Shirley's life. She was a devoted grandmother, cherishing every moment with her grandchildren, Gavien, Aubree, kenadee, and Corey. Her adventures across Michigan with them were among her most cherished memories. Shirley was an Amazing mother to her children Skylar Wilsman and Tyler Johnston. Shirley was also a loving sister to Kathy Blonde, Evelyn (Richard) Barve, Donna (Tom) Hecht; brothers Randy (Sue) Clement, and Mark (Marty) Clement. She was a beloved daughter to her father, George Kuykendall. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Jeffrey Zeiler; her mother, Deloris Jean Baldwin; and her stepmother Joann Kuykendall. A true outdoors enthusiast, Shirley relished camping, kayaking, and crafting. Her social gatherings often included spirited card games and going to garage sales. She and her late husband Jeff enjoyed showcasing their 1936 Ford 3-window coop at car shows, a hobby that brought them much joy and camaraderie. A luncheon to celebrate Shirley's life will be held on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024, from 11 AM to 2 PM at the Sylvania Moose Lodge, 6072 Main St, Sylvania, OH 43560. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the family. Shirley's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the deep bonds of family. Her legacy will continue to inspire those who knew her and loved her.
