Sylvia J. Hobe of Temperance Michigan passed peacefully on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Hickory Ridge of Temperance, Michigan.

She was born November 16, 1949 in Toledo to Sylvester and Jessie (McGovern) Hulisz and graduated from Bedford High School. Sylvia moved to Lakeland, Florida with her parents and son, Kenny and spent many years there before returning to Michigan. She was previously married to Phillip Hobe of Toledo, Ohio.

She was preceded in death by mother, Jessie Hulisz, father, Sylvester Hulisz, sister Irene Nowak and her son, Kenny Hobe.

Sylvia is survived by her sisters, Jean (David) Meller, Maryann Russell and brother, James (Barb) Hulisz and many nieces, nephews and friends.  Sylvia loved cats and will be greatly missed by her fur babies, Luna and lucy.
