IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Tyler Lawrence
Wilburn
November 25, 2008 – March 25, 2025
Tyler Lawrence Wilburn passed away on March 25, 2025 surrounded by his family and friends. Tyler was a goofy, smart, and caring young man who always strived to live life to the fullest. He loved playing video games and watching TV with his brother. He was extremely close to his twin sister and made many memories with her and their mutual friends. Tyler loved to walk and explore his city. He spent all of his free time with friends and family, and he always had something to say about his favorite things: Jalen Ramsey, the current Miami Dolphins cornerback, WWE wrestling, and music. Tyler had an avid love for all things strawberry, especially strawberry milk, and he was the best dog dad, namely to his puppy Brazil. Tyler loved checking out all of the cars at his dad's shop, and he had big dreams for his own future.
Tyler prioritized those he loved, and he never failed to make people smile or lend a helping hand. In true Tyler fashion, when he passed, he donated four organs to 3 recipients, confirming Tyler's legacy as the brave, selfless person he was. Tyler is a hero to his family, friends, and most certainly to those whose lives he has helped save. He will forever be remembered for his vibrant personality, infectious sense of humor, and humble sacrifice.
Tyler is preceded in death by his mother, Jennifer Wilburn, and his grandfather, Larry Wilburn. Tyler's memory will continue to be cherished by his father, Stanley Wilburn, his twin sister, Alanis Wilburn, his older brother, Alexander Wilburn, his stepmom, Kathryn Wilburn, his step-siblings, Diana, Hailey, and Mason, his paternal grandmother Kathy, his maternal grandmother Marie, his aunts and uncles Lori, Jerome (Tonya), Samantha (Ryan), Stephanie (Eric), and Elaina (Jason), as well as many beloved cousins and friends.
His family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Saturday April 12th after 10 AM followed by funeral services at 11:30 AM with interment to follow at Toledo Memorial Park. Memorial tributes may be made to his family via this website to help offset expenses.
