William M. "Bill" Perry, age 69, of Delta, OH (formally of Toledo, OH) passed on Friday, November 8, 2019. Bill was a Vietnam Veteran with the United States Army. Bill enjoyed any outdoor activity especially fishing, working on vehicles, playing games, and spending time with his family and friends.  Friday nights were "reserved" as game night with his friends Tammy, Marty and Doug. Bill was a friend to everyone he met.

Surviving are his daughters Jessica Cash (Dan Bennett), Stacey Sleesman, son Shawn Perry and son in law Josh Cash; Sister Patty (Dennis) Bylow, Brother Rusty (Rosie) Watkins and sister in law Barb (Dave) Barnett; 17 Grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and loving friends he considered "family".

Bill was proceeded in death by his wife Randee Perry, son William "Billy" Perry, Brother Rick Watkins and brother in law Paul Ruch III.

The family will receive friends at Castillo's Funeral Home on 1757 Tremainsville Wednesday November 13 from 3-8 p.m. where funeral services will be held on Thursday November 14 at 10 a.m. The family suggests memorials to family to help with funeral services.
