Anna Osley Obituary

Anna Osley was born June 14, 1959 in Leland, Mississippi to Alberta Osley and Lonnie Osley.

Anna left this world surrounded by her loved ones and sister (Laura) when she took her last breath, she was listening to her favorite songs while people reminisce of all the good times they shared with her.

Anna knew of hard work at an early age where she picked tomatoes back in Florida and knew what a dollar meant.  She also spent some time as she got older in Mexico City for a bit because she loved to travel and go on adventures.  Anna later resided in Toledo where she met her long time companion Cowboy years later upon having kids. Anna was that loving mother and grandmother that loved you and gave you her all if she had t.  She devoted her life to spending as much time with us and traveling the world with her daughter (Ashely) as much as she could.  Anna was the life of the party, she had a lot of hobbies cooking and dancing especially if she heard her jams playing at home with her granddaughters of anywhere.  She also just liked being outside doing yard work and planting things of fixing kids bikes when she was at home.  But most of all if you knew Anna you knew she love to be on the go as well and staying busy was one of it, because it wasn’t hard to keep her down as long as she had her scooter, you stayed seeing her around the city.

She preceded in death by both her parents Alberta and Lonnie Osley, daughter Tandra Osley, sisters Lovie Osley, Lena Mae Osley, Joyce Ann Osley Silvera, brothers Alonzo Osley, Jerry Osley, Willie Osley, Lonnie Osley, Jr., John Osley, and her special companion William James Vaughn.

Anna leaves behind her joys of life and memories, daughters Martina Osley, Nishieka Osley-Bland, Ashley Osley, Pecola Osley (Tabitha) sons Antoine Osley (Dalia), Antonio Osley, sisters Bobby Jean Knox, Laura Osley and 18 grandchildren 1 great grandchild Brettion, Jr. who she adore very much. A host of special nieces and nephews who she adore, cousins and friends.

“Now don’t be sad be happy I am free from pain and I cherish the happy moments we all shared.  So this is not a goodbye but a see you later.”
