In loving memory of Annette Marie Cornish born August 13,1962, died July 21, 2024,  A woman who’s strength & love for her family and friends were undeniably felt.

Surviving her soulmate Mark Shaffer.  Her loving children, Richard Todd Cornish, Jessica Lynn Cornish, Amanda Jo Cornish. Loving sister Jodi Lynn Sellers & husband Glenn Sellers.  Her precious grand children, Taylor Marie Tafelski, Philip Anthony Tafelski. Nephew Karl Campbell.  Great Nieces Katelyn & Kamran  Campbell. Her niece and nephew Amber kenndy, Jerod & Cloie. Nephew Frankie, Jr. Walter. Niece Samantha Moser.  Son-in-laws Tony Tafelski, Lucas Young.

She will forever be in our hearts & thoughts. We love you so much, you will never be forgotten.

Her family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date. Memorial tributes may be made to her family via this website to help offset expenses.
