Obituary
Our beloved mother, Brenda Vribes joined heaven on June 25, 2023 to be with her mom and dad Pauline and Clifford Kellum. She is also preceded in death by her brothers Paul, Skip, Jimmy, and Chuck; and grandchildren KayLynne and Murray. Our mother enjoyed night fishing, playing games on her phone and Super Mario Brothers. Brenda also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
While she was a mom to many, She is survived by her sisters Bonnie Tripp, Kathy (Walt) Wilkerson; brother Danny Vribes; children Celeste, Merissa, Stefanie and Teresa (Stanley); grandchildren Adriana, Brianna, Jose, Teriana, Ester, Alyssa, Alex, Malcolm, Ja’Niya, Matthew, Kayana, Derek, Michael and Xai’Vion; six great grandchildren; as well as host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
Brenda’s family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Saturday July 8, 2023 after 12 Noon followed by a Funeral Prayer Service at 2 PM. Memorial tributes may be made to her family via this website to help offset expenses.
