Carol Colleen (Christy) Evans

Carol Colleen Christy Evans was born March 21, 1952 in Ankara, Turkey.  She passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Carol was a fun, loving, outspoken, energetic, strong woman who had a passion for gardening, loved music, reading, darts and camping!  Most of all, she loved her family and her dogs!

She will be deeply missed by her lifelong partner, J Warrington, her children: Kelly Evans, Jason (Otish Evans), Jada Warrington (Jason Beckwith) Shanna (Nick Kimmell), and Chevone (Paul Vett).

Grandchildren:  Sean, Cierra, Christy, Curtis, Max, Braylon, Marley, Jay, Katelyn (Meagan), Jackson, Isabella, Grayson, Aniston, Julie (Brett), Travis (Courtney) and Bryce.

Great-Grandchildren: Kylin, Eleanor, Maverick, Cleo and Philip.

Carol is preceded in death by her daughter Christina Evans, father Harold Christy, mother Margarett Edwards Christy, stepmother Jane Christy, brother Woody Christy and grandma Grace Barker.

Her family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757Tremainsville Rd. Thursday after 4 PM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6 PM.
