Christopher Nemecek, Jr. Obituary

Christopher Nemecek, Jr. passed away unexpectedly December 24, 2022  at the age of 45. He was born September 29, 1977 in Toledo to Christopher Sr. & Michelle (Cranmore) Nemecek and graduated from Waite High School in 1996. Chris was a railroad worker for over 16 years.

There’s a man that stands tall with his head held high.

A man that is strong and steady.

One who has stuck up for me more than one time.

A man who is powerful yet humble.

A man with morals and integrity.

He will encourage you. He will protect you.

He tells you he loves you, but it’s so evident that you already know it before he says it.

A year can pass without seeing him, but when you finally do you realize you’re with your best friend.

He smiles easy and laughs from his soul.

Spreads love and comfort everywhere he goes.

Christopher was many things to many different people. Most that knew him knew him as Bud. He was a father, a son, a brother, uncle, a lover, a protector, a counselor, a cousin, and a friend. He was a kind fun and loving guy, with a smile that would instantly light up a room. Ever since he was young he was the kind of guy that would come to the defense of others. I believe he was the happiest when he was helping someone else. He was a no bull kind of a guy and called things how he saw it, which was always refreshing but still sometimes difficult to hear. He said what he meant and meant what he said and always did it in love. Anyone that was fortunate enough to get close to Bud knew that he loved them and would be there for them when push came to shove. Bud had a heart for animals as well. There’s not a animal in the world that didn’t instantly love Bud. It was like they could tell how good he was. He enjoyed doing just about anything as long as he was with his children. He always called his kids his pride and joy. That’s when he shined the brightest. He was in a loving relationship with Janis Armstrong for many years. He loved to golf with his family as well. As a matter of fact if there was any game to be played Bud was the first in line, and he usually won. He seemed to be good at everything he did. He got heavily involved in Alcoholics and narcotics Anonymous for many years and helped so many people through the words he spoke and through physically being there for others. Bud showed up. He didn’t just talk. He made everyone’s life around him better just by being there. He will be sorely missed and forever loved.

We all love you Budman. If love could’ve saved you, you would’ve never left. But now you will go forward in each and every one of us. Until we see each other on the other side.
