Diane Rae (Hoeksema) Stults

Diane Rae Stults, 75, passed away November 3, 2025 in McLaren Hospital Petoskey after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born November 5, 1949 in Grand Rapids, MI to Ray and June Hoeksema.

She enjoyed gardening, boating, watching crime shows and going out to dinner with her friends. Diane also liked going to the casino, watching the Detroit Tigers and the Lions but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister Betty VanDyke and is survived by daughters Amanda (Aaron) Crowley, Stacie Stults and Heather Ramirez; grandchildren Sage, Jacob, Kensley, Kayla, Sophia, Micah, Parker, Allison, Ashlynn, Alaina and Austin; great grandchildren Lennon, Branson, Cohen, Crew and Logan; siblings Carol (Fred) Van Zoest and David (Lin) Hoeksema; many nieces and nephews; special friends Sally Gathman, Bett Rehl, Kathy Szczesny and Louann Lake; as well as grand dog Piper.

Private memorial interment will be held at Blaine Cemetery in Gaines Twp., MI
