Guadalupe Daniel Blanco, III, “Lil Lupe” passed away Thursday October 14, 2021 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio – Toledo at the age of 45. He was born on November 1, 1975 in Toledo to Guadalupe Blanco, Jr. and Barbara Crooks and was a 1994 graduate of Roy C. Start High School.
Lupe had a competitive nature and was an avid sports fan especially the Pittsburgh Steelers & Detroit Tigers. He also loved watching Michael Jordan and Jerome Bettis over the years. He especially loved baseball and softball, playing softball for over 30 years sporting the number #5. He went on to be a USSA Umpire.
Lupe loved music whether it be dancing or singing Karaoke.. He also loved telling jokes and performing magic tricks, Lupe was an Entertainer.
Lupe is preceded in death by his mother Barbara Ann Cousino; grandfathers Jack Crooks and Guadalupe Blanco, Sr.; grandma Patricia Ann Crooks; brother Anthony Cousino; aunts & uncles Dolores, Santos, Reyna and Martin. He is survived by his daughters Jada Blanco and Madison Williams – Blanco; father Guadalupe (Vickie) Blanco, Jr.; stepfather Tony Cousino; grandmother Josephine Campos; Grandfather Ralpha Foust; siblings Brandan (Patricia) Crooks, Justin (Elon) Cousino, Danielle Blanco, Amanda Cousino, Samantha Blanco; nieces & nephews Benito, Camren, Adrianna, Emiliano, Miguel,Guindin and Emris.
Family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Thursday from 2 – 8 PM where funeral services will be held Friday at 11 AM followed by interment at Restlawn Memorial Park Perrysburg, OH.
