Mary Lee (Ferguson) Hoot

Mary Lee “Midge” Hoot passed away unexpectedly Saturday January 14, 2023in University of Toledo Medical Center at the age of 47. She was born November 10, 1975 in Harbor City, CA to Darrell & Marylee (Roach) Ferguson.

Midge  enjoyed football and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and University of Michigan Football fan. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family specifically her children and grandchildren, who she loved immeasurably.

She is preceded in death by her mom Marylee Ferguson; dad Darrell Ferguson & nephew Karl Avery JR. 

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Jeremy Hoot; daughter Kierra (Kareem) son Austin (Amanda); beautiful granddaughters Addison Jae & Aurianna Renee; Other Children Freddie, Cheryl, Matt & Cierra; twin sister Beulah (Steven); sisters Marjorie & Heather; brother Karl Avery (Melissa); special nieces Amber & Kyla (Bobby); nephew Kyle along with host of great nieces & nephews.  

Midge’s family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Wednesday after 1 PM followed by funeral services at 5 PM. Memorial tributes may be made to her family via this website to help offset expenses.
