Michael Lamar Jackson

Michael Lamar Jackson born on June 6, 1986 to his loving parents mother: Nanette Jackson and father; Rogers Jackson, Jr.. He was raised by his loving grandparents, Rogers Jackson, Sr. (deceased), and Yvonne Jackson. At the age of 38 he completed his walk on earth and transitioned into his walk with the Lord on August 8, 2024.  Michael was a loving and devoted husband and father to his wife Jessica Griffin as to whom they have shared 17 years together, and his children Genesis Jackson, Lariece Jackson, Kahlya Jackson and Michael Jackson Jr.,

Michael was a member at the Fredrick Douglas Center as a child playing different activities primarily playing basketball in which he enjoyed through the years.  In his adulthood he continued playing basketball in his community with many people from different walks of life.  Michael was a God-fearing man and a dedicated member of his church, The Commissioned Church Training Center with Pastor Ian Coutain, and Pastor Sherry Martin Coutain.  Michael’s love for the city of Toledo as well as his family and friends will never be forgotten.

His family will recieve friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Tuesday after 12 Noon followed by Funeral Services at 1 PM.  Memorial tributes may be made to his family via this website to help offset expenses and are greatly appreciated.
