Michael Patrick Redrup

Michael Patrick Redrup passed away Saturday June 15, 2024 in his home surrounded by his family at the age of 63. He was born March 29, 1961 in Toledo to Thomas and Helene (Stebnicki) Redrup and attended St. Hedwig Catholic grade school eventually graduating from Sylvania Northview High School in 1979.

After high school, Mike began working for Budget Man Car Sales as a salesman. He took to sales naturally and was very good at it. Mike went to work at Rocky’s Flea Market eventually starting his own Budgetman’s Bargains Flea Market on Lewis Ave. He touched many of his customers with his kindness and fairness.

Mike loved riding his Harley and attending any kind of estate sales. His greatest joy was spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Mike is preceded in death by his father Thomas Redrup and stepfather Ray Woda; he is survived by his mother Helene Woda; uncle Larry Redrup; cousin Gary Redrup; significant other Monique Sim; children Jacob (Irena) Growden, Christopher (Sandy Bodenmiller) Growden and Brittney Growden; grandchildren Camden Bennett, Bristelle Growden,  Noah Growden as well as one on the way that will be his name sake; and many friends and their kids who he treated as a his own grandkids.

His family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Thursday after 12 Noon followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 6 PM.
