Quenta Kareem Tyree Faulkner

Quenta Kareem Tyree Faulkner, 45, was called home on Sunday October 30, 2022 at St. Vincent’s Mercy Medical Center with his loved ones by his side. 

     Quenta was born on May 29, 1977 in Toledo, OH to Joyce Faulkner and Corvez Tyree. He is preceded in death by his parents, step- father Larry Scott Jr. grandmother Ester Chatman and niece Diamond Smith. 

     Quenta was always known as the life of the party and loved nothing more than his family. He was married to his wife, Rosalinda Faulkner, on September 27, 2003 in Toledo, OH where they built a life together. They enjoyed cooking together every night, watching movies and making funny videos of their own. They raise three children together Julius Mckinney, Jasmine and Rosalinda Glaze. Quenta loved to write music and would share it with anyone he could. He also loved to skate, any kind of skate, He would roller skate, skateboard, long board, it didn't matter to him as long as he was on some wheels. Quenta's presence was enjoyed by everyone. Often being known as the "Funny Guy" he brought smiles, laughter and love to many. He is survived by his wife, two step- daughters and son, three Grandkids Keimoni, Journie and Lyric, three sisters Queen Smith (Dean Smith), Latasha Tyree and Leslie Aiiams and two brothers Quentin Faulkner and Corvez Braswell; as well as many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. 

     His family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. on Saturday November 5, 2022 after 11 AM followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 2 PM.
