Rhonda Deneen (Gray) Foster was born on December 11, 1965 in Toledo, OH to Annie Gray. She gained her wings on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at the age of 59. She was a beloved Wife, Mother, Daughter, Grandmother, Sister, and Friend.
Rhonda was a graduate of Calvin M. Woodward High school, class of '84. She worked in management, retail, costumer service, as a nursing assistant, and environmental services until her health began to fail. Growing up she attended Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church, and later attended Deliverance House of God.
While pursuing management, and raising her daughter, Rhonda met Victor. Shortly after dating, they got married and had two boys during their union.
Rhonda leaves behind her husband Victor, one daughter; Sequoya, two sons; Shawn, and Brent, Mother Annie, one sister Sonya (Jeffery), six grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and a host of others.
Rhonda will be remembered for her infamous laughter, jokes, and "keep it real" mentality. Her spirit will live with us forever and memories will always be cherished.
A Family Hour will be held at Deliverance House of God, 401 N. Detroit Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43607 at 10 AM followed by a Funeral Service to be at 11:00 AM with interment at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
