Spyridon "Spiros" George Vidiniotis

Spyridon “Spiros” George Vidiniotis passed away Thursday January 19, 2024 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio surrounded by his family at the age of 77. He was born February 28, 1946 in Parga , Greece to George and Helen Vidiniotis and immigrated to the United States in 1969.

Spiros was a well known business owner in custom automotive restoration for over 53 years in Toledo. He took great pride and loved his craft of custom automotive interior design.

Spiros enjoyed fishing and hunting. He was an avid sports fan whether it be watching football games with his family or being a season ticket holder of the Toledo Walleye Hockey games. Spiros also loved cooking for others especially his sausage and shrimp and enjoyed his wine or a margarita.

Most of all, he loved spending time with his family especially being grandpa to his grandkids whom he adored.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Dolias and older brother Spiros. Spyridon is survived by his son George Vidiniotis; daughters Helen Schoen and Christina Lanning; son Zachary Atkins; sisters Stomato and Demetra; and grandchildren Samantha Schoen, Zack Schoen, Cody Lanning and Kyle Lanning.

His family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Thursday from 4 – 7 PM where funeral service will be held Friday at 11 AM.
