Tommy Allen McIntosh passed peacefully in his home surrounded by his loving family on Friday June 14, 2024 at the age of 72. He was born April 30, 1952 in Hazard County, Kentucky to Ishmel and Froanie (Amburgey) McIntosh.
Tommy moved to Toledo right after high school to work at his brother’s store Aaron’s Auto Parts. He eventually began working for Bohl Equipment where he retired from after 40 years in 2017.
Tommy loved auto racing and worked as a mechanic on race teams one being Chuck Hall Figure 8 team at Toledo and Flat Rock Speedways. He was big fan of Dale Earnhardt, Sr. and was collector of his memorabilia.
Tommy greatest joy was spending time with his family specifically his grandkids.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Aaron, James and John McIntosh and sisters Ada Belle Seals and Simaline McIntosh. Tommy is survived by his loving wife Diana after being together for 40 years; children Deanna (Rob) Eckhart and Tony (Danielle) Delgado; five grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and sister Betty Jo Webster. His family would like to send a special thanks his sisters-in-law Pam Grodi and Michelle Hall, who helped Diana with his care these past few years.
